After Jeff (bottom left) and I had a torrid weekend affair on Fire Island during the summer of 1980, I traveled from Manhattan to visit him in Chicago one long weekend the following summer. While I was there, we decided to visit the Indiana Dunes National Park where five of us enjoyed the lakeshore for the day. Rick (top-left) would pass away five years later, followed by the couple (middle-top, middle-bottom). Jeff was so traumatized by AIDS that he began abstaining from sex in 1998 and, since last I checked, still continued to abstain.
