In September 1993, I visited Mykonos for the third and last time in a decade. The over-development hadn’t yet taken over the island and it hadn’t yet become the “even more fabulous” hideaway for the wealthy and status conscious (especially the gay segment). I took this photo of the two guys next to me (with their awareness) sprawled on Super Paradise beach on a typically hot sunny Greek Aegean day. The beach has become somewhat more crowded than on my earlier trips, but not yet overrun.
