After having managed a chem-sex treatment center for two years in Chiang Mai, Thailand, one of only five in the world focusing on LGBTQ patients, Cliff was relocating to Europe by way of Los Angeles, when he was grounded there by the arrival of COVID.
He returned to Melbourne, where he's seeing LGBTQ patients with sex and drug addiction issues again.
